Last week we set up a weekly rhythm: a few posts, a window to reply, and a ten-minute review on Friday.
Did you get through one Friday review? The question was simple. What did I post that started the best sales conversations? If you have an answer, you know something about your Instagram that no follower count can tell you.
This is the last issue in the series, so today is about speed.
Most side projects die as a conversation. Lovable helps you fast-forward to the validation phase. Describe the software you want, watch it come to life, and get it in front of customers this weekend. $5 off your first month
Where AI fits in your week
You’ve followed one path: better content, a response, a conversation, an opportunity. AI can help with the words at every step. It can’t know the person in your DMs. You do.
So AI drafts and you decide. Here is where the drafting help sits:
Content ideas. Tell it what you specialize in, who you want to reach, and what you believe about a topic. Ask for five ideas, one built around a choice, your point of view, a client question, a story, and an invitation to respond.
Endings for your posts. Paste in a finished post and ask for three CTAs. One invites an easy answer, one starts a deeper talk, and one opens the door to a sales conversation.
Replies. Give it the message you received and ask what signs of travel intent it sees. Then ask for one friendly reply and one follow-up question.
Story ideas. Hand it a destination and ask for six ideas short enough to fit in one to three frames.
Buying signals. Paste a whole conversation. Ask it to separate general interest from real planning.
The next step. Tell it whether your process starts with a form, an email, or a call. Ask for two short replies that say what to do next.
An example
Say someone writes: “We are thinking of Italy for our 25th anniversary next May. We have about two weeks and cannot decide whether to include the Amalfi Coast.”
AI will tell you what you probably already see. There’s a date, an occasion, a trip length, and a planning problem. That’s a real trip. What it can’t tell you is whether this person is a fit, or how warm your last three messages were. That call stays with you.
The one check before anything goes out
Read the draft once and ask: would I say this to this person at dinner? Cut anything generic, pushy, or too polished. Then add one detail only you know, like a hotel you’d pick or a month you’d avoid. That detail is why someone hires you instead of a chatbot.
If the rhythm keeps slipping
Some weeks the posting and replying just doesn’t happen. I can take it off your plate.
Social Media Management runs your Instagram on the same path you just read. I work with a small number of advisors at a time, so reply SOCIAL, tell me about your business, and I’ll tell you honestly whether it’s a fit.
Want the six prompts on one page?
Reply CONTENT and I’ll send you the AI Prompt Sheet.
See you next Monday.

The Popcorn Brand Turning Heads and Raising Capital
What does it look like when a consumer brand starts to break out?
Popsmith generated $5.8M in revenue in 2025 and is projecting $9M in 2026, with more than 100,000 customers and $20M+ in lifetime sales.
The brand has already earned national recognition through Oprah’s Favorite Things and partnerships with Costco, Sur La Table, and Williams Sonoma, where Popsmith is rolling out nationwide this holiday season.
Now Popsmith is raising capital to accelerate its next stage of growth, and individual investors have the opportunity to become shareholders.
